How do I check my order status? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor delivery progress via the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after confirmation. For order processing updates, you can also check the relevant section in your account on our website.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through trusted third-party processors to ensure security, and we do not store sensitive payment information.

Are the dimensions of clothes racks, shoe racks, and storage baskets accurate? We strive to provide precise product dimensions in descriptions. Minor discrepancies (within 1-2cm) may occur due to manufacturing variations. For storage baskets, slight shape differences may exist as some are handcrafted. Product colors may also vary slightly due to display screen settings.
Do clothes racks and shoe racks require assembly? Most of our clothes racks and shoe racks come disassembled for safe shipping. They include detailed assembly instructions and necessary hardware. Assembly typically takes 15-30 minutes with basic household tools, and no professional skills are required.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Domestic orders take 3-7 business days after processing (1-3 business days). International orders take 7-21 business days, subject to customs clearance. Peak seasons or unforeseen factors may cause delays, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
Who is responsible for international customs fees? International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product? You can return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and processing time depends on your bank’s policies (usually 1-7 business days).
